The internal processes and systems have started to “fall apart” or at least they work less efficiently.

Besides the above mentioned soft-skill related problems there might be other reasons resulting in inefficiency in the operation of the company:

  • The company has grown too fast too big, the business and sales run fast, the operations are far behind.

  • The environment is changing too fast, difficult to adhere to the changes.

  • Merger and/or acquisition when two organizations should be put together and create one operation.

 

In these circumstances we propose to do an ORGANIZATIONAL DIAGNOSIS AND CONSULTING (“STREAMLIGNING”)

During the course of STREAMLIGNING we read through the various related corporate documents and make several interviews in order to get a clear picture of the status of the operations and operational challenges. We share the results with the management. We bring in the relevant operational-strategical questions with some proposals or decision-making points to a workshop and make decisions and a list of actions to fix or improve the situation. A few months later we come back and assess if the actions decisions were sufficient to make the operations more efficient. We focus mainly on the following dimensions:

  • processes,

  • procedures,

  • projects,

  • KPI’s,

  • roles and responsibilities,

  • organizational logic and chart,

  • HR systems.
